Missouri Botanical Gardens πŸŒΈπŸŒΊπŸŒ³πŸƒ

We went to the Missouri Bitanical Gardens today with my parents and some cousins – and had a fabulous time 😊

We were there for 4 hours and walked a total of 5 miles!

We obviously saw many beautiful flowers… From water lilies to Crown of thorns, and Venus fly traps!

We saw one adorable itty-bitty frog!

Simone tamed a bumble bee!

We all had fun in the air conditioned play room with dress up clothes, puppets, and rock pillows!

Simone read the Atherton book series and had been wondering what a fig tree looked like! Now she knows…

I tried to get a picture with my mom by an indoor waterfall… But I don’t think the waterfall got in the picture LOL!

Feeding the gigantic fish was the most entertaining!

Check out this super cool video of a “touch me not” plant. When you touch the leaf, it recoils into itself!

The kids cried when it was time to leave! I told them not to worry, we will be back… We didn’t even get to see half the garden!! πŸŒΈπŸŒ³πŸ’œπŸŒΊ

  1. I loved that plant when I was a kid! I spent hours playing with the fronds. πŸ™‚
