Clover’s mansion
Simone and I put together a fabulous new home for Clover…
Simone has been saving money to buy a bigger cage for Clover.
She is currently pet-sitting:
some geckos
… And a dog!
The cages we saw at Petco were still too small and over $100! So- we looked on Pinterest to get some DIY ideasΒ – and boy were we inspired!
With the money she has earned she bought 2 cube organizers and 200 mini zip ties!
We had first attempted to construct the bunny home with the supplied connectors…
But it promptly fell π
Using just zip ties held the squares together very well!!
We bought the “cat post” at an estate sell for $8!
The stairs and the tunnel (aka vacuum hose tube) were at the goodwill outlet for about 50 cents each!
Simone found the hanging-hide out at a garage sale for 50 cents.
Simone is so happy… But I think Clover is the happiest π
