Braided Fairy Crowns

  • Find a plant with long leaves. We used leaves from Day Lillies.

  • Take your three leaves and braid them together

  • This is a great way to learn how to braid!

  • Create a circle and connect the ends
  • You could use string or small hair rubber bands

  • Put it in your hair with flowers… We had beautiful peonies blooming so that’s what Simone and I used

The boys turned their braided leaves into karate-kid bandanas!

  4. I never did this as a kid. Looks like a lot of fun. I figured the boys wouldn’t go all flowery – liked that theirs were karate kid bandanas. 🙂
